1. Introduction

Welcome to IRCTC Agent Portal. By accessing and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We are an authorized IRCTC agent providing train ticket booking services, including Tatkal booking assistance.

2. Service Description

Our services include:

  • Train ticket search and booking assistance
  • Tatkal ticket booking automation
  • Multiple train preference management
  • PNR status checking
  • Ticket cancellation and refund processing
  • 24/7 customer support via WhatsApp, phone, and email

3. User Registration

To use our services, you must register with a valid mobile number and provide accurate personal information including:

  • Full name as per government ID
  • Valid mobile number for OTP verification
  • Email address (optional but recommended)
  • Complete postal address

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking Process

4.1 Preferences

You may add up to 3 train preferences for each booking request. We will attempt to book tickets in the order of your preferences.

4.2 Waitlist and RAC Limits

You can specify maximum acceptable waitlist (WL) and RAC positions. We will only book if the position is within your specified limits.

4.3 Tatkal Booking

For Tatkal bookings, you must submit your preferences before 9:30 AM on the booking day. We will attempt booking at the exact Tatkal opening time (10:00 AM for AC, 11:00 AM for non-AC).

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

The total amount includes:

  • IRCTC base fare
  • IRCTC service charges and taxes
  • Our service fee (₹50-100 per ticket depending on class)

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets. All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

5.3 Payment Timing

Payment is collected upfront when you submit your booking request. This ensures your booking is processed immediately when Tatkal opens.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6.1 Pre-Booking Cancellation

If you cancel your booking request before 10:00 AM (before Tatkal booking is attempted), you will receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid, processed within 1 working day.

6.2 Post-Booking Cancellation

Once a ticket is booked, IRCTC cancellation rules apply:

  • Confirmed tickets: Cancellation charges as per IRCTC policy
  • RAC/Waitlist tickets: Full refund minus clerkage charges
  • Tatkal tickets: No refund (as per IRCTC rules)

6.3 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 1 working day to your original payment method. Bank processing may take additional 3-5 business days.

6.4 Failed Booking Refund

If we are unable to book any of your preferences, a full refund will be automatically processed within 1 working day.

7. Service Guarantees and Limitations

7.1 Success Rate

While we maintain a 95%+ success rate for Tatkal bookings, we cannot guarantee ticket confirmation as it depends on IRCTC availability and system performance.

7.2 Technical Issues

We are not liable for booking failures due to:

  • IRCTC server downtime or technical issues
  • Internet connectivity problems
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Force majeure events

7.3 Berth Preference

We will make best efforts to secure your preferred berth, but cannot guarantee it as final allocation is done by IRCTC.

8. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Verify all booking details before payment
  • Check your email and WhatsApp for booking updates
  • Carry valid ID proof during travel as per IRCTC rules
  • Not misuse the service for unauthorized purposes
  • Not share your account credentials with others

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your data is used solely for booking purposes and is protected with industry-standard security measures.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, in accordance with Indian laws.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
